CNC Machining Videos Posted

Even for those who do not work in the industry, CNC machines can be an interesting subject. We believe it is important to educate our customers and the general public about how the CNC machining process works, and the various types of products that can be made using this technology. Last week on Friday, April 8th 2011, we shot two videos of turning and milling in high-definition that were posted to the JC Gibbons YouTube channel earlier today seen here: CNC Machining on YouTube

The first video we produced was the machining of a bushing from DOM tubing. The second video we produced was that of a keyway cutter making a 10 mm hex on a special threaded rivet. They are both really close up, which shows you exactly how parts are made. We've produced many parts here at JC Gibbons for the automotive, HVAC, electrical, defense, aerospace, and other industries.
