Dueto these dimensions, achieving the required orientation of OpenSide Facing Ground for the Caps was very difficult and in fact alot of bowl feeder manufacturers had informed their inability toorient the same. However, the experienced Bowl Tooling Engineersat Elscint developed a Bowl for feeding these types of Caps inprecisely the manner in which they were required at a very highfeed rate of 150 Caps per minute.
For this, the Elscint VibratoryBowl Feeder Model 400 was used.
